Comments

Overview

SuiteFactory support stripping out comments when you are sending a file to a machine tool or when you receive a file. There may be instances when you machine tool doesn't have the needed memory and needs to have all of the unnecessary comments removed.  For completeness SuiteFactory also offers the ability to strip out comments when receiving a file from a machine tool.

Strip Sent Comments

Checking this box will activate SuiteFactory's strip comment module and remove all comments before sending to the machine tool.

Send Comment Start

If you are going to strip out comments SuiteFactory needs to know what Starts a comment. I.e. "("  

Click on the Add Button and the following module allows you to create the Starting Comment character(s).

Send Comment End

If you are going to strip out comments SuiteFactory needs to know what Ends a comment. I.e. ")"  

Click on the Add Button and the following module allows you to create the Ending Comment character(s).

Strip Received Comments

Checking this box will activate SuiteFactory's strip comment module and remove all comments while receiving a file from the machine tool.

Receive Comment Start

If you are going to strip out comments from files received from the Machine Tool you need define what these comment delineators are. I.e. "("  

Click on the Add Button and the following module allows you to create the Starting Comment character(s).

Receive Comment End

If you are going to strip out comments from files received from the Machine Tool you need define what these comment delineators are.  I.e. ")"  

Click on the Add Button and the following module allows you to create the Ending Comment character(s).
