SuiteFactory controls deployment of third-party applications providing ISO9000 compliance for documents/records secured within SuiteFactory. Modules are available to record complete "Record File Histories" from birth till death!

SuiteFactory supports integration of virtually any third-party application for the deployment and storage of Documents/Files providing complete file histories including version control using it's secure SuiteVault(tm) and SuiteReport(tm) Modules.

SuiteFactory supports client configurable language translations to suite the client's locale needs.  This includes modification of the default English translations and inputting of locale languages such as Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, French, German, Italian, etc.  SuiteFactory defaults include: English, Chinese, Japanese & Spanish.

Note: If you are upgrading from a previous version make sure to BACKUP the database and all of the contents in it's directory.  This manual uses some links that require access to the Internet.  If you have a service contract and need any information or additional drivers, applications, etc. please call/Email/Fax.

SuiteFactory's User Interfaces

Runtime

This is the "Users" interface into SuiteFactory.  All file management, machine tool management, document management, packet management, database management, third-party management, "User Group" management, "User" management,  "Workstation" management, "Resource Collection" management and reports are managed using SuiteFactory's Runtime Application. 

Access to these various features are controlled by "User Group" rights.  The above Appearance and System Access may be different based on "User" and to which "User Groups" this "User" is belongs to.

Communication Engine

This is module handles the communications between SuiteFactory Runtime, the SuiteFactory database and all Machine Tools. User interaction is limited to stopping machine tool communications and shutting down SuiteFactory Runtime and the Communication Engine  applications.  As you can see the Communication's Engine provides an considerable information on file transfer status, port availability, etc.

Maintenance Engine

This module handles all automatic importing of N/C Files, Documents and the distribution of ISO9000 generated history reports.
