Fault Tolerant BTR's
- SuiteDocs gives you the ability to import, retrieve, view, export and control and monitor the use and fate of your important documents. Launch 3rd party applications for editing those special documents/records while keeping control.
- Enables you to associate documents for specific tasks, projects, manufacturing operations or retrieval of any related set of items. When a packet is created it becomes a controlled item whose use is governed and monitored the same way as for an individual document.
- For communicating with virtually any N/C or CNC controlled machine on the factory shop floor. Whether by RS-232/RS-422 serial I/O, networked, wireless or Behind the Tape Reader (BTR), SuiteDNC has all the requirements built-in. Queue and monitor DNC file downloads and uploads from anywhere on the network or right from your CNC controllers.
- Our own fault tolerant Behind the Tape Reader interfaces for your older numerical controllers. Includes serial and parallel built-in upload capability. The 400K revolving buffer supports infinite tape lengths.
Common Features
- User Login - Governs to what extent users can access any controlled item. Limit who can create, edit, delete, send or receive or even view a controlled item. User rights to configure who can use which SuiteFactory feature.
- Approval and Sign-off - Set date/time when approval becomes effective or ends.
- Sign-off lists – Ordered lists of individuals can be created to pre-establish responsibility for signing off controlled items.
- Search Criteria - In order to enhance controlled item retrieval, key words and other search criteria fields can be added to any DNC File, Document or Packet.
- File cabinets – User configurable tree structure to any depth for storage and easy retrieval of your DNC files, Documents and Packets.

For best performance we recommend using a PC with an Intel Pentium III or later, 1GHz or faster processor,
512 Meg of RAM, Windows 2000 Pro with Service Pack 4 or later or window XP Pro with Service Pack 1 or 2.
