Abandon Edits & Check In

SuiteFactory provides Users with a means to store third-party documents in SuiteFactory's database (SuiteVault) and use a Third-Party Tools to edit these files. 

This provides a User with a means to control their documents like any other SuiteFactory File within SuiteFactory and therefore you they have complete ISO9000 control. 

As part of this feature a User can abandon any edits that they have made and check-in the third-party document they were editing.

Manage Packets (Assigned Items - Abandon Edits..)

Select the Packet and Document or N/C File and click the "Abandon Edits and Check In" and all edits will be cancelled and the original File will remain referenced by SuiteVault and all restrictions on this file will be removed.

The following options will be presented to you after you click "Abandon Edits and Check In".
