Edit Approval and Sign-off

Overview

SuiteFactory is a true ISO9000 compatible System intrinsically supporting its basic principles.  You can completely control the release of files into the shop floor so that only approved files are available for production using SuiteFactory's Edit Approval and Sign-Off module. See below for details.

Manage DNC Files (Assigned Items-Edit Approval and Sign-off)

All files and documents are subject to being approved for production depending on "Users" "Rights".  The "Administrator" account can always access files no matter whether it is approved or not.  If you are an ISO9000 facility you will find this capability useful.

Edit Approval and Sign-Off

Approved

If this field is checked the "Approval Begins" and the "Approval Ends" fields become active.  The default dates can changed to meet your requirements. 

Approval Begins

By default the date is the beginning of the day of checking the "Approved" box.  This can be changed.

Approval Ends

By default the date the beginning of the day one year into the future. This can be changed.

Require Sign-Off on Approvals

If Sign-Off is required you will need to select the individual on the left and move them into the sign-off box.  Default is that approval is not in any order.

Choose Sign-Off Order

If sign-off is required in a particular order click the  appropriate button and set the order of sign-offs required.
