Check In Edited File

If you have previously Checked Out a File for editing with a third-party application and have completed the Edits but have not Checked this File back into SuiteVault you can Check In The Edit File as follows.

Note: Any File that has been "Checked-Out" can not be editing, queued, etc. It has a status of don't touch! View yes, Edit NO!

Click on the "Check In Edited File" and the following Window is displayed.

Select Document/File to Check-In.

By Click Save this File is brought back into SuiteVault and the following Window is displayed.

Check-In Confirmation

Click OK to accept.
