Check In Edited File

Overview

If you have previously Checked Out a File for editing with a third-party application and have completed the Edits but have not Checked this File back into SuiteVault you can Check In The Edited File as follows.

Note: Any File that has been "Checked-Out" can not be edited, queued, etc. It has a status of don't touch! View yes, Edit NO!

Manage DNC Files (Assigned Items - Check In Edited File)

Click on the "Check In Edited File" and the following Window is displayed.

Select File to Check-In.

By Clicking the Save Button this File prepped to bring back into SuiteVault and the following Window is displayed.

Check-In Confirmation

Click OK to accept or Cancel to cancel.
