Clear Search

Overview

After you have used the Search Engine to narrow down a View for document management you will eventually want to go back to a normal view.  SuiteFactory provides the ability to easily return to a normal view.

Manage Controlled Documents (Clear Search)

Click on the Clear Search Icon and the following Window will be displayed.

Manage Controlled Document (Normal View)

The previous view that had been narrowed using the Search Engine has been cancelled.
