Compare

Overview

SuiteFactory provides a compare utility for comparing the differences between two N/C Files. There are options for setting the color scheme, font size, displaying file differences only, ignoring case, etc.  See the details below for uing the compare utility.

Manage DNC Files (Assigned Items-Compare)

SuiteFactory supports the ability to compare two files.  You will notice that after you select a file and click on "Compare" Icon that information about the selected file is displayed on the status line at the bottom on the Window.  

Manage DNC Files (Assigned Items-First File)

Select the file you want to compare this file to and the following Window is displayed.

Manage DNC Files (Assigned Items-Second File)

Now click on the "Compare" button and the following Window is displayed.

As you see the "Changed" File's data are displayed in different colors to aid in determining what the changes are.

You can exit out of this application when finished.
