CCI will work with your company to provide the correct system configuration for your factory automation needs. This includes the Factory Floor, Engineering and Administrative Areas. 

Shop Floor

CCI works with your Shop Floor personnel to select the correct number & distribution of Shop Floor DNC Workstations meeting the requirements and constraints of your company. We work with you to see where workstation traffic may be highest, where machine tool locations are a factor, where machine tool drip feeding is critical, where shop floor document viewing is required, etc. Using these factors we determine the correct machine tool to workstation ratio and workstation distribution. 

Administrative & Engineering

CCI works with your Administrative & Engineering Personnel determining how many Administrative & Engineering Workstations are needed to meet the needs of your organization. These workstations are used to control, create and administer DNC & Document Control databases. We work with your personnel to configure the system/databases to meet your requirements for providing an ISO9000 compliant system. 

CCI's databases keep complete histories of all file changes and movement. This includes any uploads and downloads, edits, imports, exports, renames, copies, etc. The system can then Automatically generate ISO 9000 reports and distribute these anywhere on the network in over 19 different formats for viewing by your personnel.
