Controlled Documents

Overview

SuiteFactory provides for storage and control of third-party documents including ISO9000 documents.  These documents can be drawings, process documents, quality documents, etc. that need to be filed, controlled and accessible from within a secure controlled application.

Main Tool Bar (Manage Controlled Documents)

Click on the "Manage Controlled Documents" Icon and the following Window will be displayed.

Note: This is one of many relationship views that you can configure.  If you would like to modify this view click on the "Change View" Icon and select the options that best suite your needs.

There are many management controls that SuitePacs provide for Documents included storing, viewing, third-party editing, ISO9000 control, etc.
