Copy to FolderOverviewSuiteFactory provides a method for exporting an internally controlled file from within its database to an external folder. This export has no effect on the internally controlled file and once exported the exported file has no connection to the internally stored file. See below for details. After highlighting the file you want to copy click the "Copy to Folder" Icon and the following Window is displayed. Copy DNC FileThere are four different areas that involving importing/exporting of files click the "Tab" that you are interested in. My Machine Groups
This displays the My Machine Groups/"Resource Collection" import path that was used to import this file into SuiteFactory's database. If you wish to use this path you can "Copy to Folder"/Export by click the "OK" button. You have the option of changing the name of the file before click the "OK" button. Recently Used PathsThis displays the last path used to export a file to. If you wish to use this path you can "Copy to Folder"/Export by click the "OK" button. You have the option of changing the name of the file before click the "OK" button. Note: Since the recently Used Paths have not been used this tab is grayed out. Import PathThis displays the Import path originally used to import this file into SuiteFactory's database. If you wish to use this path you can "Copy to Folder"/Export by click the "OK" button. You have the option of changing the name of the file before click the "OK" button. Note: Since the file was copied from an existing file the Import tab will be grayed out. Other Machine Groups
This displays the Other Machine Groups/"Resource Collections" import paths that were used to import other files into SuiteFactory's database. If you wish to use one of these paths you can highlight the path and then click "OK" button. You have the option of changing the name of the file before click the "OK" button.
