Delete Selected Document

Overview

There are times when a file is no longer useful and needs to be removed from SuiteFactory.  This section details how you can remove a document for SuiteFactory main database and automatically save it to the Archive database.  See "Archive" for how files are stored after removal from SuiteFactory's database.

Manage Controlled Documents (Delete Document)

After selecting the document you want to delete click on the "Delete Selected Document" Icon and the following Window will be displayed.

If this is a single file clicking Delete button and the following Window will be displayed.

Click the OK button to continue.
