Delete Copied Documents

Overview

Documents copied to a folder so third-party applications can edit them are copied to temporary folder.  Once these Documents have been copied to the external folder SuiteFactory has no knowledge of these files and it can't automatically cleanup after closing the third-party application since it has no knowledge of when this happens.

SuiteFactory provides a manual means to clean up this folder. See the details below.

Note: These "Copied and Opened with Third-Party Editor..." files have no effect on SuiteVault/SuiteFactory's database.  This is a Utility Program to allow you to export a controlled file in SuiteFactory and startup a third-party application.

Manage Controlled Documents (Delete Copied Files)

By clicking on the "Delete Copied Files" Icon all of the exported files will be deleted.
