Delete Copied Files

SuiteFactory provides Users with a means to store third-party documents in SuiteFactory's database (SuiteVault) and use a third-party application to edit these files. 

This provides a User with a means to control their documents like any other SuiteFactory File within SuiteFactory and therefore you they have complete ISO9000 control. 

Files copied to a folder so third-party applications can edit them are copied to a temporary folder.  Once these file have been copied to the external folder SuiteFactory has no knowledge of these files and it can't automatically cleanup after closing the third-party application.

SuiteFactory provides a manual means to clean up this folder. See the details below.

Note: These "Copied and Opened with Third-Party Editor..." files have no effect on SuiteVault/SuiteFactory's database.  This is a Utility Program to allow you to export a controlled file in SuiteFactory and startup a third-party application.

Manage DNC Files (Assigned Items - Delete Copied Files)

By click on the Delete Copied Files all exported files will be deleted.  The reason SuiteFactory doesn't control this is once it is export SuiteFactory has no knowledge of this file.
