Delete Copied Documents

Overview

Documents copied to a folder so third-party applications can edit them are copied to temporary folder.  Once these Documents have been copied to the external folder SuiteFactory has no knowledge of these files and it can't automatically cleanup after closing the third-party application.

Controlled Documents

SuiteFactory provides an external folder for editing third-party exported documents.  Since SuiteFactory has no knowledge of when an exported temporary files need to be deleted it is up to the user to delete these. 

Manage DNC Files (Assigned Items - Delete Copied Files)

By clicking on the "Delete Copied Files" Icon all of the exported temporary files will be deleted.
