Delete all Listed PacketsSuiteFactory is a full featured communications and secure database driven system supporting full Document and File Control. As part of this Document Control System SuiteFactory provides a mechanism for storing related documents and files together for Engineering and Manufacturing. This container is called a Packet. One way a Packet can be used would be to consider it as an "Operation" and be used as part of a "Traveler". As part of basic maintenance you will need to occasionally delete a list of "Packets". See below for the procedure used to delete a list of "Packets". Manage Packets (Assigned - Delete All Listed Packets)
Chose the Packet you want to delete and click on the "Delete Packet" Icon. Note: If a Packet has any Documents or N/C Files you will not be able to delete it. You must "Remove Pages". Confirm Deletion
Clicking on the "Keep" Button will cancel the delete operation for this Packet and will move to the next Packet asking the same Question. Clicking on the "Delete" Button will bring up the following Window if you have any files referenced by this Packet otherwise it will delete the Packet. Packet Still has Pages
If you answer OK the Packet will be disassembled, references to any files will be deleted even though the files themselves will not be removed, and the Packet will be deleted.
