Delete Listed Files

Overview

SuiteFactory provides many ways to narrow the displayed list of files in any view by Resource Collection, Approved Files, etc.  to meet your particular requirements. SuiteFactory provides a means to delete all of the files in the present view. See the detail below.

Note: See "Archive" for how files are stored after removal from SuiteFactory's database.

Manage DNC Files (Assigned Items-Delete Listed DNC Files)

For the example above a Resource Collection was chosen to narrow the number of displayed files. Clicking on the Delete All Listed Files displays the following Window.

 Caution: As you can see this is to be used carefully since you could select thousands of files to delete which may not be what you want to do.  You can also delete one file at a time, keep a file by file or keep all files.
