Document Properties

Overview

SuiteFactory supports several property settings for documents.  Some of these properties are defaults set during the initial configuration.  These can be modified directly document by document from within this View.

 Select the document you are interested in and click on the "Document Properties" and the following Window will be displayed.

As you can see there are multiple ways to open up a document for viewing.  If AutoVue's main application and plug-ins are installed you can chose to open files in a browser or in AutoVue's main application. 

If you have a native application you would prefer to use click on the native application.  Choosing the native option assumes that Windows will handle starting of the application. 

You can change the "File Type" to any ending you prefer. This doesn't change the name of the file but can be used for starting a document with a the native application.
