Error Logs

SuiteFactory maintains an Error log which is used to capture internal errors for use in analyzing any System Problems. Following explains how to view this log.

Top View

Select the View Menu and the following Window will be displayed.

From the select list chose the "View Error Log" menu and following Window will be displayed.

Error Log Viewer

This displays a stack trace of errors in a chronological list. When talking to CCI we will ask you to display this list and ask for details. We may also request you to send this log to us for further analysis.
