Examine Search Data

SuiteFactory is a full featured communications and secure database driven system supporting full Document and File Control. 

As part of this Document Control System SuiteFactory provides a mechanism for storing related documents and files together for Engineering and Manufacturing.

This container is called a Packet. One way a Packet can be used would be to consider it as an "Operation" and be used as part of a "Traveler". 

Packets as well as N/C File and Documents can have customer created Data Search Fields, which can be used for associating any types of single instance data that are important for searching and locating "Packets".  This could be any combinations such Customers, Projects, Equipment, etc.

Manage Packets (Assigned - Examine Search Data)

Clicking on the "Examine Search Data" Icon will display the following Window. 

Note:  The Search Data is associate with the selected N/C File or Document Highlighted.
