Checking this right grants this "User Group" access to manage File Cabinets.  This Right should only be given to administrators as system damage is possible for careless changes.

File Cabinet View Authorized User Groups

This right allows a "User Group" the right to view which "User Groups" have file cabinet access privileges.

Hide File Cabinets

Checking this right remove this "User Group" from viewing File Cabinets.

View All File Cabinets

Checking this right grants this "User Group" full view of all File Cabinets.  Access to files in these File Cabinets can be restricted by other "User Group" Rights..  This Right should only be given to administrators as File Cabinet Structure can be damaged.

View File Cabinets

Checking this right grants this "User Group" the right to view File Cabinets.
