Move/Copy N/C Files

File Cabinets can be arranged into any hierarchal structure that meets the requirements of a customer.  You can also move N/C Files for File Cabinet to File Cabinet. See the details below on how to manage files within these structures.

Note: This is one of many relationship views that you can configure.  If you would like to modify this view click on the "Change View" Icon and select the options that best suite your needs.

Manage DNC Files (Assigned Items)

Depending on your present view you may need to change the view setting.  Click on the "Change View" Icon to the left for more information.

You will notice that when the root "File Cabinet" is highlighted all of the N/C Files contained at this level are displayed to the right.  If there are N/C Files in other "File Cabinets" and you have the appropriate "Rights" when you highlight these "File Cabinets" any N/C Files contained in them will be displayed.

All of the following operations can be performed on any "File Cabinet" given that you have the appropriate "Rights".
