Install License File

Overview

To use SuiteFactory in a production environment you will need to install a License. The License by itself is typically good for 30 days. If you are going to use the system beyond this date you are required to install an Activation key . A license is used to activate various module within SuiteFactory including: DNC, Document Control, Packets, etc. and other features of SuiteFactory.

A license determines the total number of machine tools, total number of packet sessions, total number of DNC sessions and a total number of workstation sessions.

Note: See below for how to enter a license into SuiteFactory.

Main Tool Bar (File - Install License File)

Select the File Menu from the Main Tool Bar and select the "Install License File" menu and the following Window will be displayed.

License

Locate the License issued to you and click the Open button to install the License and SuiteFactory is ready for production.
