Checking this right grants this "User Group" access to any machine tool from any workstation.  This should in general not be granted accept to an Administrator type person.

This is an inherent "Right" and always exist.  That is why it is colored "yellow".

Checking this right grants this "User Group" access to any machine tool at any workstation for performing any legal action.  Queuing, Aborting, Monitoring, etc.
