Create Machine Tools

Overview

SuiteFactory approach to creating machine tools is to consider it as an Object in the true Object Oriented sense.  Its philosophy is to create a machine tool that can be associated with files, copied, moved, deleted and have its parameters modified with a few clicks of a mouse. It can be accessed by any workstation, be associate with any Virtual Machine Tool Server all interactively and immediately.

Click on the Machines Icon and the following Window will be displayed.  

Note: The following screens are where you configure the machine tools, assign to workstations and set various other parameters.  

Machines

This Window displays all of the Machine Tools that have been created, the associated Workstations, communication ports, Resource Collections, Users, User Groups, etc.

To create a new machine too click on the New Button and the following Screen will be displayed.

Enter Machine Name

After entering a meaningful name click the OK button and the following screen will be displayed.

We need to set all of the properties for this machine tool before it can be used.
