Tool Bar Menus (Manage Controlled Documents)

Overview

SuiteFactory provides very quick access to its functionality by using Icons to pictorially represent the functionality that a User can access by clicking on them.  This provides a quick and easy way to navigate through SuiteFactory. 

Disabilities Act

However, in order to support Federal Disabilities Acts SuiteFactory also offers the traditional text menus including support for short-cut key-strokes.  This choice to provide this in more involved then a simple lets add this on because this may be the only way some Users have access to SuiteFactory.  You can reach any selection offered by SuiteFactory through the use of traditional "Text Menus".

Infrequently Used Functionality

If particular functions are rarely used they may only be reachable using "Text Menus" rather then clutter up the Tool Bar.  As an example you would normally only access adding a license and activation key once, so it makes sense not to put it on the Tool Bar.

Manage Controlled Documents

 As you can see the above Main Tool Bar supports both Icons and "Text Menus".
