Multiple Multi-Port Adapters

SuiteFactory supports various machine tool network configurations including a Multiple Multi-Port Adapter.  If you have an existing RS232 cable infrastructure and don't intend to move any machine tools in the foreseeable future this may be the configuration for your needs.  If you have a multiple PCs that can support Multi-Port Adapters and these are place strategically throughout your shop this may be the best and most economical configuration. 

Note: In general this type of configuration is not used in a new installation or where flexibility is a must.

Multiple MultiPort Adapter Configuration

It make sense to use this type of configuration when you will never be moving your machine tools, you have strategically located PCs on the shop or have an existing RS232 cable network that would be to costly to replace.

Note: Even though this view only shows several computers with MultiPort Adapters you can mix and match as needed.
