Rename

Overview

There are times when the name of file is not descriptive or has changed its purpose and a name change makes sense.  This section details how to rename a file.

Renaming a document only changes the name of the document and doesn't effect any other property.

Manage DNC Files (Assigned Items-Rename)

Select the File you want to rename and click the "Rename" button and the following Window will be displayed.

Rename selected file

Change the name of the old file name to the New Name and click the "Rename" button to rename the original file or exit to cancel.  This operation doesn't effect any other property of this file.
