From this configuration Window you can manage how SuiteFactory handles Deleting and Purging of Archived DNC files from SuiteFactory's Archive and how to handle DNC files after successfully sending to a Machine Tool.

Allow Deleting and Purging Archived DNC Files from the Archive

A Feature of the Archive is the ability to remove a Document permanently.  By checking the option box you allow a User to delete DNC Files from the Archive. These Files can never be recovered from within SuiteFactory.

A User will also need to have the appropriate Rights to Delete these Files.

Action to Perform on a DNC File After Successfully Sending it to a Machine Tool

Perform the Action Defined by the Resource Collection that Contains the DNC File

This allow you to take the following actions on a Resource by Resource Collection for flexible control.

Mark the DNC File as Not Available for Sending to Machine Tools

This option will make the downloaded file unavailable to for use on the shop floor until its state is changed by an individual with the appropriate Rights.

Note: This allows for testing files in the shop the first time without fear of it being use in production thereafter.

Automatically Delete the DNC File

This option will delete the downloaded file from SuiteFactory's Production Database and move it to the Archive Database.
