Controlled Documents

Overview

SuiteFactory provides a module called SuiteDocs that allows a company to control all of documents from birth to death and to keep a record on the who, what, where, when and why of all document changes, uses, etc.

This section allows you to configure the various settings for managing Documents within SuiteDocs and includes creating Search Columns, Picklists, Single or Multiple versions, etc.
