SuiteFactory is a full featured communications and secure database driven system supporting full Document and File Control. 

As part of this Document Control System SuiteFactory provides a mechanism for storing related documents and files together for Engineering and Manufacturing.

This container is called a Packet. One way a Packet can be used would be to consider it as an "Operation" and be used as part of a "Traveler". 

Packets provides various methods for viewing Documents and N/C Files.  Depending on page properties of the documents/files you have selected these will be displayed in a particular mode. 

As and example there are some N/C Files that are Text files and you will need a third-party viewer to view these.  The standard Viewer Icon will be grayed out if you select this type of File.

Manage Packets (Assigned Items - View N/C File)

Chose the Text based N/C File you want to display and click on the "View" Icon and following Window will be displayed.
