Assigning Resource Collections

Overview

Resource Collections are the containers for N/C Files, Machine Tools and Packets.  By selectively assigning these to specific "User Groups", Users who are part of these User Groups have access to these machine tools, files and Packets. 

Following explains how to assign "Resource Collections" to User Groups. 

User Groups (Resource Collections)

Click the plus sign next to the User Group you are interested in and highlight the "Resource Collections". 

Now check all of the "Resource Collections" (boxes) in the right hand window that you would like this User Group to have access to.  Any User belonging to this User Group will access to the N/C Files, Machine Tools and Packets assigned to these "Resource Collections"
