SuiteFactory provides a sophisticated search engine to help locate your files using customer defined search fields and standard file properties.

Manage Packets (Assigned - Search)

Click on the Search Icon and the following Window will be displayed.

Filter Packets (Name)

There are many choices for setting search criteria as you can see in the drop down list.  You can chose from a list of 'Standard' properties and for the list of search fields that you create.

Chose a particular 'Field' and the following Window is displayed.

Filter Packets (Name - is Like)

You can chose the Comparison method from the drop down list.  Chose the one that best fits you needs and the following Window is displayed.

Filter Packets (Name - is Like - new)

Click the OK Button and the following Window will be displayed with the select Packets meeting the above criteria.

Manage Packets (Assigned - based on Search Filters)

As you can see we have located all Packets who's name contains the search criteria "new".
