Search

Overview

The SuiteFactory Search Engine allows you to search for Document with almost any criteria stored in SuiteFactory's database. This includes: Creation date, modified date, search fields created by you, etc. 

Note: The following View is one of many relationship views that you can set for you particular needs.  If you would like to select  a different View click on the "Change View" Icon and select the settings that best meet your needs.

Click on the "Search" button and the following Window will be displayed.

Using SuiteFactory's Search Engine you can locate any Document in the database using standard file criteria such as create date, modify date, etc and any search criteria fields you created plus many other internal properties for files.  This can be "And" or "Or-ed" with up to ten different search criteria.  You can search using various criteria. 

Click "OK" will start the search and return you to the previous view with the files meeting the above search criteria.  The following Window will be displayed.
