Send/Receive ProtocolOverviewSuite provides a vast array of standard and specialized protocols to provide communications with any of your machine tools. Select from the following list to match your machine tool requirements. You use these in conjunction with other settings in sections on Communications, Conversions and General. Note: All of the following settings are configured by CCI during installation. BTR ParallelIf you are using CCI's Fault Tolerant BTR to replace a paper tape reader and you are only running one part chose this setting. BTR Parallel LoopIf you are using CCI's Fault Tolerant BTR to replace a paper tape reader and you are running the same part over and over chose this setting. BTR SerialIf you are using CCI's Fault Tolerant BTR to guarantee of no tape errors during transmission and need a serial connection to your machine tool while only running one part chose this setting. BTR Serial LoopIf you are using CCI's Fault Tolerant BTR to guarantee of no tape errors during transmission and need a serial connection to your machine tool while only running a part multiple times chose this setting. Cincinnati LChose this setting if you are using Cincinnati L protocol. Generic RS232Chose this setting if you are using the Generic RS232 protocol. Almost 95% of modern controllers use this setting. Hurco 3Chose this setting if you are using Hurco 3 protocol. Mazak CMTChose this setting if you are using the new Mazatrol protocols. Mazak Old CMTChose this setting if you are using the older Mazatrol protocols. Network Controller (see links to the left)Schwarze-WirtzChose this setting if you are using Schwarze-Wirtz protocol.
