Service Contracts

SuiteFactory is an Enterprise wide manufacturing system for the management, distribution and deployment of N/C Files, shop floor documents and third-party applications.

Following is a description of what we cover if you have a service contract.

Software

1. Coverage includes reasonable phone support, bug fixes and version updates for the products we supply. Customers will be notified by E-Mail or Fax when a new version is available. You can download new versions from our Website: www.mes-cci.com.
    
2. Where problems with the system arise due to other sources, bad network cards, operating system problems, system rebuilds, slow networks, etc. CCI will work with you to isolate these problems but can not be responsible to fix these. We will be adding a section to our Website addressing such problems and offering fixes that we find works.
    
3. Third party products sold by CCI are not covered. We will pass on any maintenance contracts that are offered by these companies.

1. Coverage includes repair or replacement at CCI’s discretion. We will make every effort to turn around the unit with 24 hours of receiving. We will pay for return postage/shipping costs using the carrier of our choice.
    
2. The customer is responsible for shipping the unit to CCI. As an example if a customer sends us the package overnight we will return it UPS Red next day. If they ship it normal carrier we will return it UPS Ground.
