Show Authorized UsersOverviewSuiteFactory provides many management tools to allow a User to be able to categorize his Files, Documents, Packets, etc. To this end SuiteFactory provides an entity called a Virtual File Cabinet which is based on the file cabinet paradigm with an added level security. The security allows a User to prevent unauthorized Users from having access to any document, files or packets contained in these. See below for how to set this security. SuiteFactory provides a security view for each Virtual File Cabinet so a User can see who has access to a particular file cabinet. Click on the Show Authorized Users Icon an the following Window will be displayed. Manage Controlled Documents (File Cabinet Properties)
This view shows who has access to the various Virtual File Cabinets and given a quick visual overview. To be able to manage individual security levels click on the File Cabinet Properties and the following Window is displayed. File Cabinet Properties (Identification)
The above Tab Window Identification allows you to rename the Virtual File Cabinet. Click on the Rename button and the following Window is displayed. Rename
Enter a new name and click the OK button. Note: Within the same File Cabinets, File Cabinets must have unique names if they are on the same level. File Cabinet Properties (Security)
The above Tab Window Security is where a User sets which User Groups have access to a particular Virtual File Cabinet. Check or Uncheck the displayed boxes to add or remove User Groups from access this particular File Cabinet Level. If you would like to propagate these these setting to all of the Child File Cabinet check the "Copy Security Settings to Child File Cabinets" box. Click the OK button to save the changes or the Reset button to return to the previous settings. Note: If the changes effect access to File Cabinets at a higher level you will be warned before the changes are finalized. File Cabinet Properties (Import)
The above Tab Window Import allows you to set the folder where SuiteFactory Maintenance Engine looks to automatically import Documents into SuiteFactory's database and to set how you want SuiteFactory to handle the imported source file after the import. This setting allows you to Move Source Operating System Files to a Sub-Folder or Delete these.
