Show Search Criteria

Overview

One of the unique features that SuiteFactory provides its Users with is the ability to defined any number of search criteria fields which can be defined and associated with DNC Files. These fields are not limited to text but can be Key, Picklist, Integer, Single precision, Long precision and Date/Time fields. 

You can define these fields to be logically associate with a particular DNC File.  I.e. Drawing, Customer, Fixture, Operation, Project, etc.  Once these fields have been populated with this critical data you can locate any file from the hundreds of thousands of files by using SuiteFactory's "Search Engine".

To view files with the search fields associated with with these click the "Show Search Data Window" Icon and the following Window will be displayed.

The following View has the Show Search Data Window activated.

With the above view active you can see what the defined relationships are between the selected DNC file and the customer created search criteria.

To display just Files you can click the "Show Search Data Window" and the screen will just display files as in the previous Window.
