Show Search Data Window

Overview

SuiteFactory includes a feature that allows a User to add information on a particular document, file or Packet that can uniquely identify these.  This information can include any number of customer defined fields and can be used in SuiteFactory's Search Engine.

This data can also help a User identify or provide additional information that is useful to a User, however there are times when this information may or may not be useful and times when its addition clutters up a View.

Click the Show Search Data Window Icon and the following Window is displayed.

As you can see there is additional information that may be useful to a User.  If the view is cluttered up and the User would like to be able to view more Documents all they have to do is to click on the "Show Search Data Window" Icon and the previous Window is displayed showing more documents names.
