Standard Ports

If you have a PC for up to four Machine Tools you can opt to use a standard RS232 COM1-COM4 port. Only supported for Windows XP/2000!

Cables are physically attached to the PC/Serial Ports to the various machine tools.

Note: Drip-feeding is used to drive a machine tool block by block and in general the "tape" size exceeds the available memory of the machine tool cnc controller. See Adapter Cards for details if you need to drip-feed.
