Switch to Search ColumnsOverviewSuiteFactory includes a feature that allows a User to add information on a particular document, file or Packet that can uniquely identify these. This information can include any number of customer defined fields and can be used in SuiteFactory's Search Engine. This data can also help a User identify or provide additional information that is useful to a User, however there are times when this information may or may not be useful and times when standard file data is preferred. See below to find out how to switch between standard document information being displayed on the grid next to the document's name or the customer defined Search Data Fields. The above View shows the list of document with standard information about each document in the grid next to the document's name. To change the information in the grid so as to show the customer configurable search data field click the "Switch to Search Columns" Icon and the following Window is displayed. As you can see the search data fields have been substituted for the standard data in the above grid. If you would like to change the data in the grids back to the standard view click on the "Switch to Search Columns" Icon and the previous Window is displayed showing the standard data in the grid.
