CCI provides hands on training to all of your Shop Floor Operators, Shop Management, Engineering and Administrative Personnel as needed. 

Shop Floor Operators

Operators are trained in uploading and downloading of files at the DNC Workstation and at their machine tool. Yes files can be accessed right from the machine tool and doesn't require the Operator to leave his work area. 

As part of the training Operators are showed how to edit files, view N/C Files how to abort and restart jobs, SuitePacs (Optional), etc. Operators are instructed in  every aspect of system operation.

Shop Floor Management

Shop Floor Management is trained in the Administrative duties for Shop Floor Operation and file management. This includes all of the Shop Floor Operations as covered above and all of the needed Administrative functions on the shop floor. These duties include queuing, File Management, Minor Packet Management, Document Printing, etc. 

Engineering & Administration

Engineering & Administration are trained in the full Administrative duties for setting up the database, creating user groups, machine groups, setting up import folders, configuring the databases, determining naming conversions, creating Packets, and the rest of the system functions.
