View Error Log

Overview

If things go wrong you want to know why and so do we.  SuiteFactory captures all internal errors and records them in an error log.  This allows us to locate any bugs within SuiteFactory using the detailed information when an error occurs.  The fact that an error has occurred will be indicated on the Main Tool Bar with a green frowny face.

Click on the green frowny face to display this particular error and the following will be displayed.

Single Error Message

You may print this out, ignore or keep it. No matter what you chose this is recorded in the error log with all errors that have occurred.

If you would like to see the error log with all of the errors that have occurred see below.

Select the View/View Error Log menu and the following Window will be displayed.

As you can see there are very detail error message and trace information that is useful in tracking down errors whether they have occurred in SuiteFactory or outside.
