While at the Machine Tool

Ever had a question about how a particular fixture is setup and need an answer right NOW?

Creating Help Files

As Easy as Breeze

Help Files can be created using SuiteFactory's Editor and or by copying & pasting from existing files.

SuiteFactory allows three different types of Help files as follows:

Default Topic Files

For Specific Machine

Use the "Default Topic For Selected Machine" option to create any help file you want as the default Help File for a paticular machine tool.

When an operator issues the Remote Command "Help" they will retrieve the Default Help File for this Machine Tool.

Generic Topic

For all Machines

If you have help documents that are used at any machine tool you should the "Generic Topic for Any Machine" option.

Specific Topic Files

For this Machines Only!

Use the "Specific Topic For Selected Machine" option to create any help file you want as a Help Topic File for a specific machine tool.

When an operator issues the Remote Command "Help Topic" they will retrieve the specific Help Topic File for their machine tool.

Create Help Topic
