Using SuiteFactory's Machine Event Module you can create Customer Configurable Machine Events that can be Captured, Stored, Analyzed and used in SuiteFactory's Reporting Module.
Machine Events are commands that are embedded in comments in a dummy N/C program and uploaded by an operator to record various customer defined events. This data is then uploaded to the computer where it can be parsed and stored for later analysis.

SuiteFactory provides a robust Machine Event Module for creating, capturing, managing & reporting on all of the created Events.
Using SuiteFactory's Machine Event Module you can create any number of Machine Events associating these with the appropriate N/C Files, Users and defined Data while automatically creating database storage for these captured Events.
SuiteFactory creates N/C programs embedded with these Events for downloading to the Machine so the operator doesn't have to manually generate these.
Any Machine Events created using SuiteFactory's Machine Event Module are capturable by SuiteFactory when uploaded from a Machine Tool. The data/command embedded in these dummy N/C programs are captured and stored in SuiteFactory's database for reporting and analysis.
SuiteFactory provides the ability to manage all of your created Machine Events through the use of
drop down selection menus so the correct data and associated lists & states are choosen.
You can reuse existing Lists & States and associate these with any newly created Data Items
thus avoiding duplicating Events.
SuiteFactory provides customer configurable reports the can be filtered according to selectable users, machines, data items, event values, event identifiers and time frames.
