SuiteFactory provides flexible security with its unique ability that allows Administrators to assign individual access rights to customer created User Groups.
System access to the various functions is controlled by the different User Groups a User belongs to thus gathering all of their rights from the User Groups they belong to.
An Administrator can create as many Users as needed and can assigned these to any number of User Groups thereby controlling access to your company's data.
The SuiteFactory Enterprise Application never limits your Administrator to a pre-determined set of User Groups, User Group rights and Users.
SuiteFactory does not establish an artificial set of templates with a preconceived notion of what the predefined Users and User rights are that you will need.

At start up a login window is displayed and requires a User name and optional Password.
A User can only access your company's data by logging into SuiteFactory via customer created unique User Names and Passwords.
In order for a User to Login and have rights SuiteFactory they must belong to at least one "User Group".
