Machine Status: Watch Real-Time Events at any SuiteFactory Client

Using Machine Status for Real-Time Production Updates

Machine Status displays Real-Time Production Results!

Machine Status displays Real-Time Production Results based on Programs created with SuiteMonitoringTM(pdf) or (html). SuiteFactory Users can create Real-Time "Monitoring Programs" that can capture, store, provide real-time production visuals & generate detailed reports based on Manufacturing Shop Floor "Events" generated by Lists of "Events" created within SuiteFactory. For Details see the "Create A Monitoring Program" Menu!

Guess what?

In the process of creating this "Monitoring Program" with SuiteMonitoring you have also Automatically Created a Machine Status Window allowing you to View Real-Time Maintenance, Probe & Production Data for any type of Work Center!

You want more?

The Production Information Collected & Analyzed by SuiteFactory can also be Displayed in Real-Time Interactive Charts (SuiteChartsTM(pdf) or (html)) and you can also run Reports(SuiteReportsTM(pdf) or (html)) that provide complete details on Machine Tool Utilizations!

Not enough?

You can also use SuiteReports to generate Reports for specific Shifts, Users, Machine Tools, N/C File, etc. Believe it or Not you have created all this from your Simple Monitoring Program. With just a little more effort you can create Programs that collect Probe Dimensions, Tool Changes, Maintenance Information, Send Emails, etc.

Take a close look at the Labels/Fields/Data that are collected/displayed/stored in the Machine Event Status Window as these were created by you to meet the requirements of your company not to our preconceived notions! You won't find that in our competitors.

The data collected by SuiteMDI could also be done automatically if your controllers supported DPRNTs and you had installed a Probe to collect Measurements. We will use SuiteMDI to simulate what would happen if the Events were generated by the "Monitoring Program" and were inserted into a N/C File!
